Is this product better than Soy isoflavones? I have been usung Soy from Boots for 5 months and while some of my flushes have gone I'm not sure if it is helping or if the menopause is finally finished. Thank you for any help.

Has anyone restarted this after a long break, I used this about a year ago and it worked well on my flushes, now they have come back with a vengence and I need to know if I should use it normally and wait or take more as if I had never used it. I wish I'd never stopped. screams
