It's ok to use fxmenopause if you have high blood pressure. Lots of the women are on meds for high blood pressure and we don't see any problems.

It's only not recommended if you have very low blood pressure. Getting your hormones sorted out can help reduce blood pressure, so you'd be a bit lighter headed if you already had very low blood pressure.
